Looking for a short hike on Thanksgiving Saturday? Well, this is it. Rocky Point in Hither Woods is redolent of old Montauk names like Rod’s Valley, Redmond’s Bend, and Minie Racketts. Enjoy a little jaunt on the trails followed by a cobbly beach walk and see ‘Round the Corner Rock. You will learn some Montauk history along the way.

Meet at 10 AM at west end of Navy Road, Montauk. Distance: 2 miles with some rocky beach walking.
