Join us for a tick-free (yes, it is still tick season) bay beach walk along Block Island Sound. It is a lovely but challenging beach with gravel rocks, soft sand, and typically an uneven surface. On a clear day you can see Fisher's Island, the Rhode Island mainland and Block Island. Because it is an out-and-back beach walk, you may walk at your own pace as well as shorten or lengthen the distance.

Meet at Gin Beach, at the end of East Lake Drive off of Rt. 27, several miles east of Montauk Village. (It's the next left turn east of South Lake Drive.) Duration: app. 2 hours. Town of East Hampton beach parking permit required.
