Level: Beginner, relaxed pace

This hike is geared towards the new or beginner hiker. It is 3 miles at a relaxed pace, with some small hills. We will hike through forest on North Road, then onto the Paumanok Path along the coast with great views of Fort Pond Bay, Napeague Bay, Block Island Sound and Gardiner’s Island, then back onto North Road and returning to the parking lot. Wear appropriate footwear as there are roots and rocks. Meet 10 AM at the parking lot at the end of Navy Road, Montauk.
