Hopefully the mountain laurel will be blooming for this late spring hike through the woods of Miller’s Ground (north of East Hampton Airport) and the woods south of Sag Harbor. This is a fairly long and somewhat challenging hike. Along the way keep a look-out for the Sleeping Lion. Meet 10:00 a.m. at the Northwest Path trailhead, East Hampton-Sag Harbor Turnpike (Route 114) just south of Edwards Hole Road. Bring snacks & liquids.
