The Culloden Point Preserve, off Flamingo Road on Montauk, is a place of great beauty. Enjoy the diversity of Culloden’s woods and trails, with jaunts out to the Fort Pond Bay and Block Island Sound shorelines. An optional out-and-back hike (2 additional miles) on the new North Neck Trail may follow after the main hike ends. Meet 10:00 a.m. at the Culloden Point historic marker, west side of Flamingo Avenue, about 400 feet north of Wills Point Road, Montauk. (Look for a red fire hydrant.) Bring snacks & liquids.
