Northwest Harbor was the main port of East Hampton from 1654 until the first wharf was built in Sag Harbor in 1761. Join us for a short walk around the beach of the harbor, and learn about its colorful past as we enjoy views of Shelter Island, Cedar Point Park and Barcelona Neck. Meet at Northwest Harbor County Park parking area, at the end of Northwest Landing Road. Leaders: Celia Paul and Steve Rosen, 646-872-5353, celiaandsteve@gmail.com
